these products and devices look cute and fun, maybe even helpful for moms. however, i would not recommend them. My reasoning is strictly from gross and fine motor development point of view.
use WITH LIMITATIONS
These chairs are great for children 9 months and above. It is designed with a tillable back however, it is not suitable for younger infants due to lack of side and leg support.
on my banned list
These chairs do not allow the child to bend their knees when the chair is on the floor or on a big surface chair. Straight knees cause an inappropriate muscle development which can cause misaligned walking patterns.
Bouncers, standers and walkers can cause inappropriate trunk and hip development and toe walking. Because they hold baby upright they are used before the baby can sit independently and that can cause spinal misalignment and deformities.
